Friendship Hospital for Animals has a top of the line in-house laboratory that allows us to examine and evaluate many parameters of your pet's blood, urine, and feces in a rapid manner, most within 30 minutes if needed.
Our veterinary technicians are trained in the use of our laboratory equipment and forward the results immediately to the veterinarians for interpretation. A few of the vet lab tests we are able to perform in house include:
Complete blood count
Blood cell morphology analysis
Chemistry analysis
Blood electrolyte measurement
Instant blood glucose level
Coagulation (clotting) panels
Feline Leukemia Virus/Feline Immunodeficiency Virus Test

We also have a vast network of referral veterinary laboratories that can perform more specialized analyses, including Antech Diagnostics, Heska, and the Diagnostic Labs at Colorado State University, Texas A&M University and Michigan State University.
