Client Care Providers
When you enter the canine or feline entrance of our hospital you will be greeted by our Client Care Providers. These are the members of our team that will take care of setting up your appointments, reminding you when to visit, and assisting with food and product purchases. These wonderful people up front are part of the heart and soul of our organization.
Kim
I have lived in Colorado since the age of 12. I am a long time client of Dr. Cross and have worked at Friendship Hospital for Animals for over 10 years. I enjoy doing outdoor activities like walking my dogs and exercising. I am an avid gardener and take joy in arts and crafts like rubber stamping, sewing and cross stitching. My commitment to animals has brought plenty of returned love at home.

I came to Colorado for college in 1985 and have been here ever since, living in Northern Colorado since 1995. I have been a life-long animal lover and my pets have included hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, chinchillas, mice, bunnies, a chicken, cats and dogs. I have worked in different capacities with veterinary clinics and humane societies in the past.I joined Friendship Hospital for Animals in August 2011 where I am pleased to work with and for so many other friends of animals.
Certified Veterinary Technicians
The technicians that are employed at Friendship are certified by state-accredited educational institutions. Our Certified Veterinary Technicians are behind the scenes performing lab tests, monitoring anesthesia, dispensing prescriptions, and nursing your pet when they stay with us. These individuals have attended higher education courses to be able to answer any questions you may have and provide the best possible care for your pets.
Jen
Hi my name is Jen, I have been a Certified Veterinary Technician since 2007 and with the Friendship Family since January of 2008. I enjoy being a technician and my passion lies with surgery and anesthesia. I have a 3yr old Heeler mix named Taylor who goes with me everywhere and is truly my best friend. I also have a Chinchilla named Cooper and a Tiger salamander names Sam. It is quite the zoo around my house. My interests outside of work include traveling, hiking, camping, and especially snowboarding.
Sam Eaton
Hi, I'm Sam! I originally hail from Upstate New York, where I graduated from SUNY Delhi and passed the National Exam to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2002. I moved out to Fort collins in 2003 and have worked in a variety of settings in the veterinary field. I'm currently attending CSU where I am pursuing a degree in Zoology. I am lucky to share my heart with two dogs - Tod the goofy Labrador and Pebbles the sweet Heniz 57 - as well as one naughty-but-nice cat, Brodie.
Ellie
I recently moved from sunny Florida to Fort Collins to attend CSU for biological anthropology. I have been a veterinary technician since 2004, working predominantly in the fields of emergency medicine and surgery. Prior to this, I worked in technical theater and at an equestrian center in Tallahassee, Fl. Both theater and horses continue to be passions of mine. When not in the saddle, I spend my free time exploring the mountains of Colorado with my dalmation, Gatsby. I also have an ex-feral cat named O'Malley and a blind cat named Gator.
