About Friendship Hospital for Animals

When Friendship Hospital for Animals opened in 1997 our mission was simple: Provide excellence in pet care while strengthening the human-animal bond. Since then, we have expanded from one doctor and three staff members to four doctors and 14 staff members!

When you come to Friendship, you will find a group of caring professionals ready to assist you. Whether you have a simple question or a difficult decision to make regarding your pet’s care, you can be sure you will get practical, compassionate advice. You should not have to compromise when choosing treatment for your loved ones, including pets. We strive to provide you with the best quality care for your pet at an affordable cost because we don’t believe it should have to be one or the other.

When you enter the canine or feline entrance of our hospital you will be greeted by our client care providers. These are the members of our team who will take care of setting up your appointments, reminding you when to visit and assisting with food and product purchases. These wonderful people are part of the heart and soul of our organization!

The technicians who are employed at Friendship are certified by state-accredited educational institutions. They are working behind the scenes performing lab tests, monitoring anesthesia, dispensing prescriptions, and most importantly, providing tender, loving care to your pet when they stay with us. In addition, technicians can perform nail trims, anal gland expressions and routine blood testing for your pet!
