Dr Beatriz Vega received her undergraduate in Biology and a Masters in Biotechnology from Marywood University in Pennsylvania.  She then moved to Fort Collins and attended Colorado State University where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2017.  She has been practicing in northern Colorado since. Dr Vega’s passion is educating pet parents on the importance of preventive medicine and helping them meet the needs of their aging pets. In her words, “It’s such a rewarding career to be able to help pets and their families. The relationships that I’ve built with clients over the years in unique and wonderful”.  Dr Vega’s goal is to be a key resource for pet parents who want advice and guidance on how best to care for and protect their pet.  In her spare time, Dr Vega enjoys hiking to new locations and has a personal goal to visit every state park across the country and check them off her bucket list.  She also enjoys nature photography, reading, antiques and collecting crystal.
